what build are you?

see the update below for Structure users

I find it amazing how often we get behind on our builds. I include myself in this mess. I think that we just forget to check in and see what the latest build number is when we are busy. I just checked it it appears that SP3 build (20071109_2345) is still the latest build. I would think that we are good until after the first of the year.

For those who are unfamiliar with how to check your build: Go to the Help pulldown and look for the Product and License area. Once this is selected you will see your license info and at the very top is your current build number.

If yours is older that 1109_2345 go to the Autodesk website and under Products, you will be able to download the latest and greatest. You will also find a listing of what has been changed in this build. Here is a link:

STRUCTURE USERS UPDATE!! THEY GOT ME AGAIN! Those crazy people at the factory snuck another build out already! The latest and greatest is.... SP3 build (20071209_1300). Be sure to check out what has changed prior to loading this build. According to the Bim and Beam blog If you are NOT developing or using any API tool with this “beams creation with NewFamilyInstance” with Revit Structure, you don’t need to download this Updated SP3 new build (20071209_1300) and you can keep using the previous SP3.

Revit Ramblings.. in the begining

I do not have anything profound about Revit that I need to shout from the mountaintops. I just have some random Revit thoughts that I would like to share.
